Nicola believes brand is an operating system for business, and a strategic driver of growth. She has led creative strategy for brand and experience at Deloitte, Interbrand, Wolff Olins, Jurlique, and now as Chief Thinker TheDesignThinkers. Nicola is a Good Design Ambassador, has been a National Board Member for AGDA and a mentor with D&AD.

Nicola is joined by the legendary John James of Hybrency, fresh from featuring alongside Byron Sharp, Tom Roach and Mark Ritson in the recent release of ‘Making of a Marketer 2’ documentary as well as talks at SXSW Sydney on the future of GTM, and his series of articles on brand for Branding Mag. He brings a decade of personal experience spent bridging the divide between strategy planning and execution. Leveraging perspectives spent in traditional agency-land, SaaS tech growth roles in Silicon Valley and an ex-agency owner.
