A brand for Padua to revolutionise regfintech speaking to advisors and their clients.
“The process was fantastic. The amount of information TheDesignThinkers® gathered and made sense of was incredible. Their research and thought and effort created an excellent outcome. We could not have been happier.”
Matthew Esler, Co-Founder, Padua
Padua is disrupting the financial advisory sector with software that provides data-enriched tech-enabled advice to financial advisors.
As a result of Australia's Royal Commission, advisers struggle to deliver advice profitably due to increasing compliance requirements since. As a consequence, they cut corners and deliver poor quality advice to clients who have no way to evaluate if the advice is any good.
Our strategy concluded that Padua needed a brand and proposition to reach not only their B2B clients, but also their B2C clients, and the regulator who sets the benchmark. The brand needed to get the whole market rethinking the intent of advice, and how advice was generated.
It's a revolution for this traditional sector.
We developed a platform 'value-creating advice'. It promises profitability to advisers, more wealth to more Australians, and a new measure of success for the regulator. We developed a go-to-market strategy to reach all three audiences.
And it works. Launching at the Financial Advisory Conference in May 2022, advisers reported the brand 'pops from the corporate sea of blue', and has driven a 30% increase of search within the first month after launch.
We designed a logo inspired by what underpins quality advice: conversation. When an advisor understands their clients goals, they can develop better advice. Based on our speech bubble, we designed a brand system for the suite of software products and a services offering. We wrote and designed a launch campaign and all collateral.
We helped our client change the shape of financial advisory, for the better. And what we love the most about that, is it will reduce the cost of financial advisory, making it possible for more Australians to access better quality advice. That's better for everyone.
